Have you ever experimented with fruit puree such as pears or apples in your bulgogi marinade or maybe even a can of Coca cola as I've seen in some recipes? This would make a great fusion dish as well! How do you like this compared to galbi or osam bulgogi?

I just left a comment about the gyro guy downtown. He has great food but there is also a Halal food truck that just opened in Catonsville with about 10 different Halal choices on the menu and the food is great. Check out the comment for more info.

There is a new Food Halal food truck in Catonsville. They have the same lamb and chicken platters for $6.00 and much more like, Beef, Lamb and Chicken Kabobs, with brown rice, grilled chicken, cheese steaks and burger subs plus a fish platter or fish gyro. All of the food is great and it is all HALAL!!!!! They are in the Walmart parking lot on route 40 and Rolling Rd. There name is Ariana Kabob grill. There is no city driving and plenty of parking

I just moved to Baltimore from NYC where there is one of these Halal guys on every corner. I’m really glad to see there is some good Halal in downtown Baltimore. Thanks so much for the post. Your blog is great!

There’s a new Food truck in the Walmart parking lot on route 40 in Catonsville. Ariana Kabob grill they are serving Kabob platters, Gyro and Chicken Platters and much more. Everything they sell is HALAL. The food was excellent. Better than any Restaurant in the area and much cheaper. I highly recommend.
