Have you ever experimented with fruit puree such as pears or apples in your bulgogi marinade or maybe even a can of Coca cola as I've seen in some recipes? This would make a great fusion dish as well! How do you like this compared to galbi or osam bulgogi?

There's a new Food truck in the Walmart parking lot on route 40 in Catonsville. Ariana Kabob grill they are serving Kabob platters, Gyro and Chicken Platters and much more. Everything they sell is HALAL. The food was excellent. Better than any Restaurant in the area and much cheaper. I highly recommend.
